Nicola Webley

I was lucky enough to be employed by Tracey as part of her wardrobe team on Casualty at the BBC from September 2019, having Worked in theatre for 15 years and with very little TV experience, Tracey took a chance on me and saw potential to use my skills.

Tracey has been a constant source of encouragement and support and is a caring and nurturing HOD, who pushes you to be the best you can, offering amazing opportunities to move forward within the department and also looks after you on a personal level too.

Tracey is at the very top of her game and is the first to share her years of experience and wisdom should you find yourself in need.
